Hi, I'm Jessie. I began my career as a therapist, but my passion for mind-body healing led me to transition into somatic healing coaching. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, integrating somatic healing, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques to support your growth after trauma.

How I got here

With a background as a therapist supporting survivors of complex trauma and adult children of immigrants, I’ve always been passionate about mental health, behavioral health, and the medical field. Over time, I felt called to offer a deeper, more connected approach to healing—one that goes beyond traditional talk therapy.

This led me to explore holistic healing modalities, particularly body-centered practices that honor the connection between emotions, experiences, and physical well-being. Through this work, I found that deeper healing happens when we engage both the mind and body in the process.

While I respect and value traditional psychotherapy, I’ve chosen a path that embraces a more holistic, stigma-free approach to well-being. My work focuses on personal growth and self-discovery, using the wisdom of the body to process experiences and foster lasting change.
